The office designed by Bross 15.06.2016

Ergonomics, functionality, design, flexibility, modularity, resistance: the characteristics required for the furnishing of office spaces are almost infinite. And this is not the only issue: because in this long list, each element is “necessary but not sufficient” and all of them should be met properly.

Swivel seat, soft backrest, 360° swivel base, equipped with wheels in order to move without having to get up, are the minimum equipment of a product dedicated to the workplace; this becomes even more pleasant if shows a concrete identity, both in terms of colour and shape.

Born to ensure a comprehensive offer and to meet the complex needs of contract spaces, the collections Break, Meeting, Mysa, Nora and Bar Code by Bross are designed following the maximum flexibility and personalization needs and the right combination between aesthetics and comfort.

Considered as best seller of the company and designed by Enzo Berti, Break chair owes its success to the enveloping lines and sophisticated decorative game of the backrest, characterized by thin vertical seams. A proportionate object of haute couture, which expresses emphatically Bross’ philosophy, linked to craftsmanship and control of every minute detail. The wooden shell, upholstered in leather or fabric is enriched by a metal base, either fix or with wheels, and a wide range of available colours, which make it either an ironic and lively object, or a timeless piece.

Meeting proposes again a shell decorated with thin seams, enhanced by wooden essences left visible on the outer shell. The shape, always designed by Enzo Berti, is comfortable and enveloping and it is possible to choose between two seat heights and four different bases. The lounge chair is also ideal for public areas or waiting rooms.

Designed by Michael Schmidt, Mysa introduces a unique design in the executive offices, due to a smooth and – at the same time – essential shape. The shell, supported by a four-star base in black steel, draws a continuous line that includes also the armrest; upholstered in two fabrics, it offers a sophisticated and lively solution.

Bross doesn’t miss to offer also some solutions for meeting rooms and reception areas, as Nora, the new chair designed by Michael Schmidt, one of the products launched during the Furniture Fair of Milan 2016. It is an enveloping seat, enhanced by a solid wood frame that underlines und sustains the lower profile of the armrest, all part of the shell itself.

The same quality of materials, functionality and attention to detail of Break, Meeting, Mysa and Nora defines, at last, the bookshelf Bar Code by Enzo Berti, an innovative sliding vertical container system, in multiple sizes, colours and finishes that sets up a proper wall “in motion”.

The office imagined by Bross is far from the standard iconography of workplaces and, on the contrary, recalls a welcoming and dynamic identity, made even stronger by the ergonomic study of each product.
