In keeping with the continuous evolution of the kitchen, modern hoods offer increasingly advanced functions that improve everyday tasks, transforming the surrounding environment into an even more comfortable and efficient space.
Lighting is an important factor: Falmec has recently upgraded this element by adding dynamic and dimmable light functions to a number of models in its range.
There are numerous benefits: they add versatility, allowing you to adjust light tone, and improve visibility when preparing dishes.

With the dynamic light function, you can vary light tone by choosing a colour temperature that ranges from 2,700K – for a warm and welcoming atmosphere – up to 5,600K for a cooler effect.
Virgola No-drop Touch, with its characteristic LED strip positioned at the bottom of an openable vane, and Parallel, which owes its name to the parallel LED strips that enhance this hood’s precise geometry, are two of our new dynamic light models. Not to mention the Element Collection’s aspiration Shelf, and the Circle.Tech technology equipped Levante and Vogue hoods.
Dimmable lights allow you to adjust light intensity by decreasing or increasing the beam as required: bright light while cooking or diffused tones when wanting to create a relaxing and atmospheric ambience.

Of those equipped with dual dynamic and dimmable light modes, our multifunction Spazio hood, eye-catching Elle island model, all of our Gruppo Incasso Plus built-in models, as well as the Plane Plus and Stella ceiling model, stand out.

Falmec’s focus is not only on lighting, but also on connectivity, and it provides products that can “communicate” with each other, resulting in increasingly intelligent and automated kitchens. All Falmec induction hobs (available in 58, 78, 88 and 90 cm sizes) are equipped with the Dialogue System, a function that allows it to communicate directly with those models of hood that can be controlled by radio frequency.
The touch slider push-button panel, which is integrated into the induction hob, allows you to manage hood functions and suction intensity in relation to the power used when cooking, providing considerable advantages in terms of optimisation of consumption and performance efficiency.

In “automatic” mode, the hood automatically increases or decreases suction in real time, based on the power used by the hob: for example, in cases of more intense cooking, the hood increases suction. Conversely, it reduces suction in cases of light cooking.

The Dialogue System is compatible with most Falmec models, including Spazio, Parallel, Light, Gruppo Incasso Plus and all of our ceiling hoods.
