Great success for Falmec at area30 03.10.2024
Falmec could not miss Löhne for the new edition of area30, one of the most significant events in Europe for the kitchen industry. The trade fair was a great opportunity for the brand to showcase its new products and 2025 previews to a wide audience of professionals, including retailers, architects, and designers, and to strengthen its presence in the European market. According to organiser Trendfairs GmbH, the 13th edition of the fair – held from 21 to 26 September – was attended by 12,042 industry experts.
The Falmec booth at the 2024 edition of area30 mirrored the concept of ‘invisible technology’ in which extraction becomes part of the kitchen, with ‘hidden’ solutions placed inside distinctive and surprising pieces of furniture.
The product previews brought by Falmec to area30 included Brooklyn – designed by Francesco Lucchese – and part of the innovative Elements collection. This unique solution stands out for a bridge structure that increases functional space in island kitchens and combines extraction with additional storage modules of different sizes, enhanced by multifunctional accessories. The stand also hosted two more previews for 2025: the Level One and Level Invisible outstanding downdraft hoods, which integrate into the worktop.
Amidst the products already available on the market, Falmec documented a special interest in the Zero Easy integrated cooking system – featuring elegant aesthetics and ease of installation – and in Levante, the scenic island hood with motorised Up/Down system, now even smarter due to the Dialogue System technology that connects the hood directly to the hob. The Shelf extraction hood from the Elements collection, showcased in a delicate pistachio green shade, was also among the most favoured products at the exhibition.
Falmec also exhibited many other models from the range, such as the Fusion and Verso Easy wall-mounted hoods with Dialogue System, the built-in hoods with touch control Virgola Touch and Parallel, both in a refined black finish, and the Brera cooking system in a special prototype with a stone finish surface.
