For this project, ARAN Contract – the ARAN World division dedicated to large-scale commissions – was selected to deliver 100 kitchens and 169 custom bathroom interiors. Throughout these interiors, contemporary aesthetics, superior construction quality and an integrated design approach remained at the core of the process. This scope highlights ARAN Contract’s holistic philosophy, where each element is conceived in harmony with the entire space. A key material link runs throughout the residences in the form of fluted wood. Employed in both lacquered and veneered finishes, this custom millwork flows seamlessly across the various rooms. This material choice establishes a consistent thread from kitchen to bathroom, tying the spaces together in a unified aesthetic narrative.
In the kitchens, clean, essential lines are paired with premium materials and advanced technology. Handle-free cabinet fronts, integrated LED lighting, concealed appliances and smart space-management systems complement quartz countertops, achieving an elegant balance of form and function. The bathrooms follow the same design philosophy. White-stained oak vanities with fluted wood detailing, honed marble surfaces, extra-clear glass shower enclosures and brushed brass fixtures create intimate, elegant environments.
