In the centre of Precotto, the northwestern neighborhood in Milan near the Greco Breda disused freight yard – that will be redeveloped thanks to the L’Innesto project curated by Redo sgr on behalf of the Fondo Immobiliare di Lombardia – ARAN Spazio Contract Milan presents the first contract furnishing project realized for Impresa Rusconi.

The location is not by chance: the strong personality of this city area, confirmed by the presence of small artisan businesses that live together with exclusive services, is ready to welcome Talea, among the modern and historical buildings which today tells of Precotto, to merge with the surroundings.

In this first challenge for the new Contract division in Milan is clear the company’s ability to realize customized projects which include all the home environments, responding to the single personalization needs that make the apartments unique, and that are able to dialogue and respect the space where they are placed.

The interior bundle proposed by ARAN Spazio Contract Milan involves all the most important spaces of the 35 accommodations disposed on seven floors: from the kitchen to the living area, from the bathroom to the night area.

The idea behind this first operation in collaboration with Impresa Rusconi bet on a total look, using collection products that leave a wide margin of personalization to the client, to create spaces in which it is possible to express its own preferences and personal taste.

The furniture systems mirrors ARAN’s Made in Italy philosophy. Everything revolves around Erika kitchen, the reference point of the house which expands into the living area with the TV cabinet, in line with the current trends.

The night area and the bathrooms are decorated with ARAN collection items, as the Erika Bathroom Collection cabinet and the Night Collection wardrobes, to satisfy the taste and necessities of the future residents.

Every apartment was born from a precise project of interior to dimension and position accurately the structural furnishings. Once acquired the interior bundle, the buyer will be able to define and adapt it as desired.

The extraordinary modularity of the solutions proposed by ARAN Spazio Contract Milan has allowed the designers to place the “standard” fixed furniture elements without doing any structural changes.

As anticipated during the recent opening of ARAN Spazio Contract inside the ARAN Cucine Flagship store in Porta Nuova, one of the strengths of the company is the partnership that meets in this first project the expertise of Impresa Rusconi, historical construction company that has been involved in the residential development of Talea, together with the Beretta Associati architecture studio.

To complete the interior design the soft pack by Natuzzi, a company’s constant partner for contract projects, that together with the ARAN’s experience in the field gives life to an idea of home built respecting all the functions of living.

Talea is the first project realized by ARAN Spazio Contract Milan in which the interior furniture, tailor-made and designed specifically in symbiosis with the apartments layout, becomes the very heart of the house, which now it’s only to live.
