WallPepper®: a positive 2017 and a 2018 full of news! 24.01.2018
The 2017 has been a very positive year with a great growth: WallPepper®, well-established in the Italian market, has increased the export, particularly to Germany, Spain and USA.
Diego Locatelli, company Director tells us: “The 2018 will be the turning year, we aim to became the reference point in the wall decorating field. In this way we are developing new synergies in the creative and technical areas: the first one, the collaboration with selected artists has created a prestigious Catalogue, meanwhile in the technical field we have developed many system – along with a real and certified sound-absorbing material – allowing to live the creative power of the WallPepper® images almost in every spaces.
We shouldn’t forget, nowadays, we are the only company that presents JUST green solutions, an unavoidable choice for contemporary decorative solutions“.
Young Made in Italy company born in Milan, WallPepper® has been able to ride the wave of the current trends, in an eco-friendly and technological way.
In this way the tailor-made artworks by WallPepper are born, able to decorate every space thanks to the print on a special non-woven wallpaper material; warm, resistant and safe for health. “We don’t have to stop in front of beauty and conventional. The aim is to go on, making progress, also in terms of innovation.” Locatelli continues and tells about the news for the 2018, in particular about the three new systems, result of the last laboratory researches: WallPepper® Strong, to increase the mechanical resistance, WallPepper® H2O for direct water-contact situations and WallPepper® Acoustic the highly insulating and sound-absorbing wallpaper able to absorb the echo and it’s also thermal insulating.
A revolutionary way to present the wallpaper material, so far from the classic and old idea of a big “reel of repeated pattern” and becoming increasingly an updated media to bring art on every surface, with a unique and personal style.
Meantime, there’s a growth in the catalogue graphics – they are more than 500 and they are available to be customized, on demand – and also in collaboration with star brands that have chosen WallPepper®, between 2017 and 2018, such as Pasta Rummo, Rene Caovilla, Aldo Coppola, Agnona and Square Garden. The collaboration with Cassina is a clear example: the brand has decorated their own stand at IMM Cologne 2018 with a creative and special graphic,in occasion of the presentation of the book ‘This Will Be The Place’.
“What will be the next step? Surely at Ambiente, in Frankfurt” concludes Diego Locatelli. The fair takes place from the 9TH until 13TH February, and will show all the systems, for a first presentation to the market.
