Galatea is the new cupboard by Alivar featuring perfect inlays, bringing back to life the ancient tradition of sideboards that were once the ultimate symbol of a warm and welcoming home. A cupboard that’s been redesigned in line with the contemporary style of Giuseppe Bavuso, whose linear shapes, created by special workmanship, act as inlays, crossing the Italian walnut surface to create subtle reliefs and ‘movement’ in the structure. A useful ‘container’ for the living area which looks great in the lounge or dining room, providing a space for all sorts of objects thanks to the spacious inner compartments made from matt lacquered MDF.
Galatea appears to be suspended, ‘underpinned’ by its simple design and slender legs made from painted die-cast aluminium which gives them an extremely light shape.

It’s the perfection of a circle, on the other hand, that’s behind the design concept of the new Face To Face mirror, which enriches the home with that personal touch. Available in three different diameters (55, 70 and 90 cm), Face To Face plays an important decorative role, increasing the feeling of space. The round rim, made from painted stainless steel, is fitted with LED backlighting, creating a luminous and bright effect.
