SuttoWine Viale Piave, sister bar of the one located in the Darsena area, is the confirmation of a style that appeals, of an authentic and refined mood that fascinates the Milanese public. SuttoWine Viale Piave is a novelty that excites for its unique, wide-ranging space, which blends with an innovative interior design reality located on the first floor of the building. It’s a place with a contemporary mood, where you can breathe a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, just a few steps from the historic San Babila Square. In this wine bar everything is meant to ensure the well-being of guests, who can dive into the best wine traditions of not only Veneto and Friuli, as well as enjoy a gastronomic experience of higher standards. A new challenge for the Sutto family: starting from the Terre del Piave between the provinces of Treviso and Venice, they are now enthusiastically undertaking their second adventure in the city of Milan.

By virtue of its know-how in the professional catering field, its experience in designing concepts which are tailored to the surrounding environment, and its great aesthetic sensitivity, Prisma has proved to be the ideal partner for the creation and installation of high-performance solutions able to combine design, aesthetic precision, technique and outstanding functionality.

In particular, Prisma ‘furnishes’ SuttoWine Milano with the bar counter and the back counter – complete with coffee module – and refrigerators with glass doors.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the bar counter was created with speed rail incorporated into the top and equipped with a cutting station. As an ideal combination of efficiency and design, it meets the most specific needs of professional bartenders, guaranteeing maximum flexibility, safety, hygiene and perfect organisation of the various activities.

Furthermore, Prisma has custom-made – according to the specific needs of the owners – all the elements of the bar counter and the surrounding area. These tools are designed to support the work of the staff and to define, with style and convenience, the ‘professional space’ of the wine bar.

The new integrated coffee module, located at the back of the bar counter, is equipped with an upper flap opening which allows the collection of coffee grounds thanks to a removable and easy-to-clean Teflon chute. On the other hand, in the lower part, the hinged door opening allows for an easy removal of the drip trays.

Another important aspect in the furnishing of the back part of the counter are the refrigerators with glass doors: an elegant solution for an ideal conservation and display of bottles.

All Prisma solutions have therefore been defined in every single detail to comply with SuttoWine’s interior design and adapt to the different contexts and activity moments, ensuring the best user experience.
