Prisma for the World Pizza Championship 2022 24.03.2022

Prisma, an Italian leading company in the creation of kitchens and solutions dedicated to professional catering, is an Official Technical Partner of the 29th edition of the World Pizza Championship, the most important international event in this sector.

After two years of halt due to the pandemic, the Palaverdi exhibition centre in Parma will once again be an exceptional ‘showcase’ for staging innovations, evolutions and variations of the dish that is the symbol of Made in Italy around the world. Over three days, hundreds of master pizza makers from all over the world – representatives of more than 40 countries – will compete in baking and ability contests. The special guest will be the three-starred Michelin chef Heinz Beck who will also give his name to one of the most awaited ‘challenges’: Heinz Beck Trophy – First Courses at the Pizzeria. Heinz Beck will also chair the Trophy Jury.

As well as hosting several competitions, the event is an important meeting opportunity for all the operators and specialists in the pizza sector. Buyers, stakeholders and professionals can, indeed, benefit from a privileged point of view regarding novelties and possibile future trends.
