Prisma for the Heinz Beck Trophy – First Courses at the Pizzeria 13.04.2022

The 29th edition of the World Pizza Championship ended with great success, the most important international event in this sector that animated the Palaverdi in Parma from 5th to 7th April, where hundreds of master pizza makers from all over the world, representing over 40 countries, competed in in baking and ability contests.

Prisma, an Italian leading company in the creation of kitchens and solutions dedicated to professional catering, is taking part in the 2022 World Pizza Championship as Official Technical Partner.

The Prisma cooking block was, in fact, selected for the ‘conduction’ of the Heinz Beck Trophy – The first in pizzeria, a unique and innovative competition, signed by the three-starred Michelin chef Heinz Beck – President of the Trophy Jury – which saw the preparation of quality and handcrafted first courses created by the chefs of the pizzerias.

The Prisma cooking block has been set up here to create a dynamic, flexible and safe space to organize the various activities that followed during the competition in a practical and rational way and to offer, at the same time, a pleasant and interesting cooking ‘view’ experience.
