The rhythmic vertical scansion of the lines created by the alternation full/empty of the back of Line, designed by Marcello Ziliani for Casprini, is inspired by the balance and perfection of the ancient colonnades. Even the choice of simple and rigorous forms is congruent with this dimension to which, voluntarily, some elements of breakage have been added as a predominance of verticality and tension evoked by the section shape of the rib work.

Besides the possibility of various bases different by typology, use, materials and finishes, the collection is available also in extreme contemporary colors. These characteristics allow the chair to be suitable for contract – as well as for home settings. Particular interesting is the version completely in plastic with the base- and backrest in separate parts that can be matched contrasting color combinations or vice versa ton sur ton.
