Ethimo will be at the 61st International Furniture Show in Milan with an awesome stand designed by Studio AMDL CIRCLE and Michele De Lucchi.

The concept reflects a philosophy of outdoor living ever closer to nature and its most welcoming, reserved and fascinating dimension. Natural and artisan materials create a series of open-air rooms by Ethimo as if they were real architecture, an element that embraces and engages visitors. The floor is like a field of wheat, with ears of grain acting as room dividers, while the walls are lent solidity by the straw thatching that covers them. The mood is deliberately that of ancestral homes, where living in nature was all part of the balanced of everyday life. Like the stand design, Ethimo furnishings constantly pursue and innovate this priceless harmony.

The Stand ‘opens’ with a space dedicated to Cosmo, the new shading pergola, yet another collaboration between Ethimo and Studio AMDL CIRCLE, which makes the landscape liveable, teaming elegant, contemporary, nature-inspired aesthetics with the ability to recreate the same sensations of comfort, cosiness and welcome enjoyed inside the home.

As part of a path that looks to design, in true installation style the most iconic Ethimo chairs are inserted into the project to highlight an idea of harmony with the natural world.

This new exhibition stand is an exciting setting, a welcoming ‘protected’ place that reveals the capacity of Ethimo collections to integrate with coherence and equilibrium into any outdoor setting.

Featuring refined aesthetics and materials, design, function, and sustainability, the furnishings on show tell the story of contemporary outdoor living trends according to Ethimo.
