With the new year, knIndustrie ushers in a new season of projects designed to enrich the table setting, enhance taste, and transform table service into a refined, contemporary gesture.

Once again, the brand takes center stage not only in the presentation and enjoyment of food, but also in creating meaningful experiences of conviviality.

It is within this context that knIndustrie introduces a new tray collection, fully aligned with the brand’s philosophy of practicality and refinement that defines its “space–table” vision.

Outline, the tray in matte-lacquered beech wood designed by Lara Caffi, reinterprets classic, essential forms. Its texture and contemporary finishes—white, black, orange, and solid beech stained in eucalyptus—make it a timeless object whose presence cannot go unnoticed.

Outline is available in two sizes (40×33 cm and 50×25 cm) and is defined by a soft, continuous profile that combines everyday functionality with a strong, iconic presence.

The Storm trays also introduce new red and champagne finishes, developed through a collaboration with artist Ivan Tresoldi.

Made of aluminum, they ensure maximum practicality both in the kitchen and at the table. Available in rectangular formats (50×20 cm and 40×20 cm) or square (20×20 cm), Storm trays are perfectly stackable, yet the deeper essence of the project is revealed only when the object is turned over: poetic fragments emerge on the underside, inviting a silent, personal dialogue between—and with—those who use them.

From the same collection comes the rotating tray in stone-washed steel, designed by Sirine Graiaa, already known for its round, spinning form. A true invitation to sharing, it is ideal for serving appetizers or holding ice to keep dishes perfectly chilled.

The extensive knIndustrie tray collection includes highly functional pieces designed to serve with refined

style, while also taking on a decorative role in enhancing both the kitchen and dining spaces.

A clear example is provided by the aluminum trays from the Live/Ly collection. Exceptionally lightweight and highly functional, they draw inspiration from classic bistro trays while introducing contemporary details such as leather handles and wall hooks for hanging.

Available in two generous sizes (ø50 cm and ø67 cm), Live/Ly trays are ideal for serving cocktails and appetizers. The finishes—stone washed, brown, and anthracite—lend the collection a clean yet distinctive character.

With the Garçon line, Rodolfo Dordoni has transformed the act of serving into an aesthetic experience that evokes the minimalist forms of the 1960s.

The trays are made of bent steel, featuring a semi-cylindrical edge that serves both decorative and functional purposes. The satin exterior contrasts with the matte painted interior in oxide red or ivory, highlighting the clean, essential design of the structure (square 40×40 cm, rectangular 30×50 cm, and pentagonal 33×35 cm).

The versatile character of Garçon trays makes them perfect for serving, or even as a centerpiece, seamlessly combining practicality with refined aesthetics.

Kn Tile, distinguished by its unique features, is made of ash wood stained in eucalyptus and available in three sizes (40×22 cm, 45×25 cm, and 50×30 cm), all perfectly stackable.

Kn Tile reinterprets a remarkably simple object in terms of shape, materials, and finishes, making it an ideal complement for any table setting—perfect for everyday use or special occasions.

The knIndustrie tray collection once again demonstrates the brand’s ability to combine aesthetics, functionality, and attention to detail, transforming every service into a refined moment and every table into a curated space.
