Atelier<\/em>\u00a0by Abimis adorns the patio of a private villa on Lake Constance<\/strong><\/p>\n

The exclusive home, starring an outdoor version of the professionally-derived\u00a0Atelier<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>kitchen, is a modern architecture,\u00a0with a strong scenic impact, distinguished by a sophisticated and enchanting interior design project, which suggest the\u00a0utmost domestic comfort and full functionality with a contemporary twist.<\/p>\n

Affording breath-taking views of Lake Constance, a natural basin marking the borders with Germany, Austria and\u00a0Switzerland, the house is defined by huge floor-to-ceiling windows that not only ensure a smooth and harmonious\u00a0passage from indoors to outdoors, but also flood the interiors with exceptional amounts of natural light, making them\u00a0even more comfortable, while providing a show-stopping view of the surroundings.<\/p>\n

The desire to make the outside an elegant \u2018mode de vie\u2019 and to enjoy it fully as a spontaneous continuation of the living\u00a0and dining area, where they could benefit from the same feelings of warmth and well-being, led the home owners to\u00a0create a double kitchen, an indoor one and one \u2018in the open air\u2019.\u00a0In particular, the\u00a0Atelier<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>kitchen was fitted outside so that it could be transformed – where necessary and depending on\u00a0the time of year – into another practical indoor kitchen: the two huge glass doors around it, thanks to a sliding system,\u00a0can recreate a closed and heated environment, which is why the kitchen is completed by a hood the same length as the\u00a0kitchen module.<\/p>\n

Atelier<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>outdoor, in the satin finish, is designed here in an elegant version with a compact, perfectly organised structure\u00a0to make various cooking modes possible: on the top, in addition to the workspace, there is in fact both an induction hob\u00a0and an American grill.\u00a0The composition is entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel, an alloy which – thanks to the addition of molybdenum – proves\u00a0particularly suitable for \u2018life\u2019 in settings that are rich in salt air and which makes the kitchen resistant to changes in\u00a0temperature and to all weather. Truly bespoke, like all other Abimis kitchens,\u00a0Atelier<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>retains the typical squared doors\u00a0and the unmistakable meticulous, elemental and formal design.<\/p>\n

In their special configurations for outdoor use,\u00a0Abimis<\/strong>\u00a0outdoor kitchens suggest ever different ways to customise\u00a0outside settings, to suit individual tastes and requirements, and to enjoy a contemporary kitchen while striking the\u00a0perfect balance between performance, comfort, durability and safety.<\/p>\n
