{"id":14110,"date":"2019-07-30T09:54:19","date_gmt":"2019-07-30T08:54:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cavalleri.com\/?p=14110"},"modified":"2023-11-29T14:11:01","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T13:11:01","slug":"hut-di-marco-lavit-per-ethimo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cavalleri.com\/en\/hut-di-marco-lavit-per-ethimo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ethimo presents Hut, a project conceived by designer Marco Lavit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Paris Design Week<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Ethimo presents Hut, a project conceived by designer Marco Lavit, which is an exclusive for the BHV MARAIS department store.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">From 28 August to 29 September 2019, as part of the \u201cDesign Italia\u201d exhibition, which celebrates the best of Italian creativity at the BHV, Ethimo, the Italian outdoor furniture brand, will present Hut, an ecological wooden nest conceived by the Parisian architect and designer, Marco Lavit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Composed of long wooden beams like a tipi, each nest constructed from Accoya measures 320cm in height with a diameter of 300cm. The structure, which combines wood and metal, surrounds a large circular seating area and is adorned with cushions, inviting you to come and relax.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The nests are scattered around the atriums between the BHV and Eataly, in the calm, in the spaces disconnected from the town for achieving true relaxation. In addition to Marco Lavit\u2019s work for Ethimo, another in situ installation conceived by Nicola Spinetto Architects for Nodoo creates the link between each cocoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">According to designer Marco Lavit, the Hut installation is <b>\u201c<\/b><em>a unique nest on a human scale, a place of well-being and open air. The rhythm of the wood creates narrow openings, which filter your perception of the environment.
