A world-renowned icon of elegance, the Ho\u0302tel de Paris Monte-Carlo has become a legendary institution in the Principality of Monaco. As a symbol of excellence in the art of hospitality, since the Fifties the hotel has welcomed the most influential people of the time, including the Monegasque royal family on special occasions. Located in the Place du Casino – just at a few steps from the famous Casino de Monte Carlo – the Ho\u0302tel de Paris enjoys several ‘privileges’, such as the best hotel position on the Formula 1 Grand Prix race track, the setting overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and starred chefs to lead the internationally renowned restaurants it houses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The ambience of the Hotel, half-way between charm and legend, has been added with the golden light by Catellani & Smith. The precious gold which covers Luna LED, in fact, illuminates and gives us a sense of warmth and perfect elegance. The Luna LED has been designed in a custom version for the hotel and is made of an aluminium disc covered in gold leaf, applied by hand, to diffuse on walls and ceilings a warm light that recalls the brightness of fire and sunlight.\u00a0 Catellani & Smith has also supplied Malagolina table lamps for some exclusive rooms. These lamps are characterized by a hand-worked fiberglass diffuser that casts shapes against the walls, in a suggestive interaction between shadow and light.<\/p>\n
