A new flat in the centre of Principality of Monaco

In the centre of Principality of Monaco, the new project designed and developed by Baldo Realty Group stands along one of the most famous parts of the coast where the housing architecture meets the sea-life.
Here in a landscape influenced by the daylight and keeping an original relationship with the sea Turri interior takes shape: a bespoke project which translates the artisanal know-how and the Italian design elegance into spaces designed for a contemporary living, strongly rooted in the context and keeping the quality of the urban life.
Italian company featuring a century-long history, Turri creates a tailor-made project where every environment – from boiserie to doors, from wardrobes to bathroom furniture, up to freestanding elements – has been made upon drawing by involving materials like leather, Canaletto walnut wood, marble, brass, all hand-made by the best Italian artisans.
The sea-view features every home space; while the internal arrangement with three bedrooms with en suite bathroom, and a guest toilette fulfil the needs of daily comfort and conviviality.
180 square meters are enough to let developing a modern luxury concept which goes beyond the simple living idea: a flat designed for those who search a real, aware, tradition-rooted luxury open to a design contemporary language.
The sleeping area hosts three bedrooms, one of which features Domus bed designed by Matteo Nunziati: a refined element, slightly upholstered and leather-covered outstanding for the stitching, the hallmark of the whole collection.
The dining area is defined by Pinnacle collection designed by Huang Quan. The rectangular table, with a sculptural base inspired by nature and mountains, is surrounded by the homonymous chairs, where the solidity of the wood structure meets the softness of the backrest lines.
The living is characterised by refined lines of the Roma collection designed by Monica Armani. Beside the wide and welcoming sofa, Roma coffee tables featuring a cylindrical leather base, a cantilevered glass top and marble detail. The TV unit completes the living with its lacquered structure in an elegant brick colour.
All the finishings are tailor-made and result into strong but light environments in a balance between Mediterranean identity and international character.
