In today’s working world, workstations have evolved into key elements for employee well-being and productivity. The desk is no longer seen as a mere surface, but as an active work tool, a meeting point, a personal or shared space that reflects the company’s culture.
Within this framework, Newform Ufficio offers two solutions designed to meet the needs of contemporary workspaces: NE@T eco, developed in collaboration with Progetto CMR, and Eidos Pro, an expression of the increasingly smart and hybrid office.
NE@T eco was created to foster interaction and collaboration within the workplace. Inspired by the desk-sharing model, this furniture system promotes open-plan environments where individual stations become meeting spaces. The absence of physical barriers encourages ongoing exchange between colleagues, enhancing creativity and teamwork.
Every detail is conceived to ensure flexibility and comfort. Desks are available in different sizes and with various leg options (wood or metal) to suit different styles and needs. The project also prioritizes ergonomics: comfortable, functional stations that help maintain correct posture throughout the working day.
Eidos Pro, on the other hand, stems from a more individual-focused reflection on the role of the desk in a contemporary office, where different needs coexist: safety, distancing, functionality, and physical well- being. The core of the project is its adjustable work surface, available in both electric and manually selectable height versions.
Both solutions allow the desk height to be adjusted from 62 to 128 cm with a simple touch.
This adaptability to both posture and user preference is a concrete response to the sedentary nature of office work. The idea is to offer workstations that support the natural rhythm of the working day, alternating seated, focused moments with more dynamic standing phases—without compromising order or practicality.
