Bross in Barcelona for Mextizo Restaurant 09.05.2017

The design masterpieces of the Mextizo Restaurant in Barcelona, made by Capella Garcia, has evidently an Iberian contamination, articulated around the concepts of brightness and texture.

The use of wood in various essences is very important not only to emphasize the warmth of the rooms, but also and above all to create a strong link with the external environment, between green walls and lush decorations. To welcome the guests is the large bar, whose brass details and the evocative wooden texture replicate their selves all around, even in other furnishing items.

This is the case, for example, of the seats, Break’s barstools collection of Bross, whose shells design in the interior part the same motif of the counter, with thin vertical lines that create an interesting decorative game. Break barstools, designed by Enzo Berti, are ergonomic and proportioned, chosen here with an ice grey leather. Comfortable and elegant, they come up with opened shapes and a clear and stable structure that allows them to become distinguishing elements of the environment in which they are located.

The Capella Garcia studio searched for Mextizo familiar accessories, friendly and with a strong identity, and found in Bross an ideal partner to give further value to the project.
