Beluga. Spring air. 22.02.2021

Delicate, bright, almost romantic, this Beluga kitchen layout seems to be inspired by spring. Designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Rastelli, the kitchen stands out for its sober and harmonious style characterized by large volumes.

The extremely essential and geometric shapes are softened by the warm and soft tones of the doors: on the one hand, the island doors in Penelope finish, on the other hand the wall unit doors in Hielo ash.

And it is precisely the completely smooth doors that define the minimal character of the kitchen; the steel handles, with a linear design, are both a decorative and functional element: integrated into the panels vertically or horizontally, they include an invisible c-channel which makes more easy its grip.

If the island includes the storage units, the cooking and the washing area, the wall unit accommodates the household appliances, the kitchenware and the pantry units. What is particularly special about the tall units it is their size: in fact, they can be easily combined and customizable. The tall units do not necessarily fill the full height of the available space and also offer a practical shelf on the top of the same structure.

So, with a few but sophisticated elements, the kitchen becomes the protagonist of the space without being too invasive. This is another evidence that suggests the compositional freedom offered by Rastelli.
